Annual Gift Day 2025 Fundraiser Family Fun Event

Come enjoy  FREE Family Fun Day at our Annual Fundraiser, Gift Day.  There will be entertainment for the entire family. Featuring MC and DJ Charles Egypt, Artist Brandon Flowers HUELOVE, D’Style by DDW, Buffalo Soldiers, Errrverybodi Line Dancers, 104 year old Centurion Speaker Leyla Sampson.  We will have vendors selling food and merchandise and also community information booths, a book sale and Opportunity Drawing.  We have the honor of being the only Library in the country named after Malcolm X.  This year, we celebrate and honor his 100th birth year (Born May 19th, 1925) .

The Friends of the Malcolm X Library – We are volunteers who advocate for and support the library.  Our funding comes from book sales, donations, fundraisers, and membership dues  With the recent budget cuts, we need your support more than ever.
